Why are train times not showing?
EzyTrainz relies on live data from UK rail feeds. If times are missing or not loading, there may be a temporary issue with the data feed. Please try again in a few moments. Persistent issues may indicate a service disruption from the data provider.
The departure board looks different to what I expected — why?
Times and calling points are taken directly from the live national rail data feed and reflect the current service as operated, including any short-formations, cancellations, or platform changes.
How do I give the app permission to use my location?
If you declined location access on first launch, go to your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → EzyTrainz and set it to “While Using the App”.
Does the app work outside the UK?
EzyTrainz uses UK national rail data and is designed for use on the UK rail network only.
