Why can’t the app find my location?
Make sure location access is enabled in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Where’s My Bus? and set to “While Using the App” or “Always”.
The arrival times look wrong — what should I do?
Arrival data comes directly from Transport for London (TfL) in real time. If times appear incorrect, there may be a temporary issue with the TfL data feed. Please try again in a few minutes.
The app only works in London — is that right?
Yes, Where’s My Bus? uses the TfL open data API and covers London bus routes only.
